Melt Festival River Pride Parade

(9th November)

It's a party on the river like no other! Led by Melt Festival Ambassador, Courtney Act, the inaugural River Pride Parade is a floating celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities and allies.

Register your own boat, join an existing one, or simply choose to enjoy the spectacle from the riverbank, this family-friendly event is Brisbane’s own Mardi Gras Parade on the water. Starting at 3pm, the flotilla of vessels dressed in colour and sparkle will make the journey from William Jolly Bridge to Brisbane Powerhouse on Saturday 09 November 2024.
